Exclusive Access

Our members automatically get exclusive access on our forums our other services. Members also have privileges to attend private and exclusive community activities hosted by our unit and other units we conduct joint operations (activities) with.


Leadership Development & Career Building

Our members are given the opportunity to develop their leadership potential through many varying opportunities. While each individual is different in his/her ability and experience, our structure allows us to properly build on each individuals foundation. There are many opportunities for members to take part in or even provide leadership development at a professional level. Members who fill vital roles within our staff and/or board of directors will have clear resume building opportunities through their professional services rendered to the organization. We even provide letters of recommendation to our exceptional staff volunteers who are applying for jobs or more.


Training

The training we provide is some of the most elite within the online gaming community. We have many training tools that assist us in conducting our training schools/programs, and the scope of training can extend to areas both in and out of the game itself. While most members will do a lot of in game training on infantry tactics and skills, we also provide opportunities for others to further develop or learn new skills. This can include things such as game server maintenance/setup/management, digital art/video creation and editing, file transfer protocols (ftp), basic web/networking systems, and game modding and editing.

While this list covers several major support roles there are many other opportunities for those both with these skills and those looking for the opportunity to learn. Remember we are an organization and in many cases can provide some members professional references and statements of support.


Server & Privileges

While its great being known as a frequent and regular player on our servers (if applicable per game), our members enjoy even more additional privileges. This allows our members an even greater gaming experience. Additional access and/or admin privileges enable our members to also assist our community player base and our organization a enjoying a unique gaming environment while on our servers. Again note this can vary drastically based on the game.


Email Service

All members who are in vital/staff positions receive an organization email account with name@militarygaming.org. Organization email accounts are accessed via a web portal much like a gmail account. There are also options to setup a pop3/smtp and other protocols to allow mail clients such as outlook and windows mail to manage the mail account.


Additional Benefits & Opportunity

In addition to the common benefits noted above our members may also have the opportunity to receive some financial compensation if involved in a position that requires significant work/contributions.

We also are well on the way to providing grants to support certain members so they can attend on behalf of the organization's various gaming conventions and events in North America. We also are considering future support of any European members in vital positions for attendance at events/conventions located in Europe that would support our organizations goals and mission.

Other events could include charity events for groups like or similar to the Wounded Warrior Project and other veteran based organizations. While we may be a gaming organization our intent is to support and provide opportunities to anyone in need.
